Mishaal Al-Mandil

Board Member (Independent)

He holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Industrial Management at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, earned in 1996. He currently serves as a Partner and Consultant at Balance Consulting since 2022 to date. He previously held several notable roles, including his membership in the Audit Committee at Jahez from 2021 to 2024, and his role as Privatization Advisor at the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services from 2017 to 2022. He also served as Head of Investment Banking at Albilad Capital between 2009 and 2016, after holding the position of Director of Capital Markets at the same company from 2007 to 2009. He began his professional career at Bank Albilad, where he worked as Market Advisory Manager from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, he served as General Manager of Marketing at Zajoul, a Saudi telecommunications company, from 2001 to 2004, and as an Administrative Officer at BAE Systems from 1997 to 2001.

Abdulrahman Talfat

Board Member (Independent)

Holds a PhD in Islamic Finance from Durham University, UK; an MBA from DePaul University, Chicago, USA; and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Bahrain.
Dr. Abdulrahman brings extensive expertise in Islamic banking and insurance and is a frequent speaker at international conferences. With over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, his background spans investment banking, asset management, Islamic banking, and insurance. He has held several executive roles, including CEO and Managing Director of NOMW Capital in Saudi Arabia, Chairman of Itqan Financial Services in Bahrain and Tanmiah Financial. He also serves on the boards of various financial institutions and investment funds.

He was Chairman of Allianz Takaful and held several key positions at the Central Bank of Bahrain, including Supervisor of Financial Stability, Supervisor of Islamic Banks, Head of Licensing, and Head of Strategic Planning.

Saad Al-Hassousah Al-Qahtani

Board Member (Independent)

Holds a qualification in Public Administration from King Abdulaziz University and brings over 20 years of experience in the banking sector. He served as CEO of Investment and Financial Banking for seven years and has chaired or participated as a board member in several financial companies and investment funds. He also served as CEO of Mohammed Al Rajhi Holding Group and currently owns and chairs Middle East Oil Trading Co. He has a strong track record in institutional leadership and in developing growth and financial innovation strategies.

Mamdouh Al-Sharhan

Board Member (Independent)

An executive leader with over 24 years of experience in the real estate, financial, and government sectors. He has held key positions including CEO and CFO of publicly listed companies, Deputy Minister for Real Estate Development, and board member/chairman of various institutions. He is recognized for his expertise in corporate restructuring, having led large-scale transformations, negotiated high-value deals, and driven strategic growth.

He currently serves as Managing Director of Masco Group, Board Member of Malath Insurance, and Chairman of Entaj Group, among other leadership roles. As CEO of Saudi Real Estate Company (SRECO), he transformed the company into a sector leader with multi-billion SAR revenues by expanding its value chain, forging global partnerships, and implementing digital systems.

Previously, he held influential roles at the Public Investment Fund and the Saudi Fund for Development, where he led restructuring efforts, implemented international financial reporting standards, and managed both domestic and international financial transactions. He holds a Master’s degree in Banking Management, a Master’s in Quantitative Finance, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. With his expertise in strategy, finance, and operations, Mamdouh is dedicated to advancing sustainable growth and innovation across sectors.

Abdullah Al-Shammari

Vice Chairman of the Board (Non-Executive)

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and a diploma in Finance from the Institute of Public Administration. With over 25 years of experience, he has held various roles at major Saudi banks and companies, including Riyad Bank, Alawwal Bank, Albilad Capital, Alarabi Capital, and Marifa Capital. His positions have included Head of Marketing and Client Relations, Head of Sales and Marketing, and Chief Executive Officer. He also serves on the boards of directors of several joint-stock companies.

Ameen Abdullah

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ameen has over 19 years of experience in accounting and finance, having held senior roles at several companies including Al Rajhi Group, Alpha Solutions International, and United Specialists. He is skilled in budgeting, financial data analysis, credit control, and risk management, and is also proficient in cost systems and ERP platforms.

He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences in Amman and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Science and Technology in Sana’a. He also holds CME-1 and CME-2 certifications, along with several specialized courses in accounting and financial reporting.

Salem Baobeid

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mr. Salem Baobeid brings over 26 years of experience in the banking and financial sectors, during which he has held leadership roles at several prominent financial institutions in the Kingdom. He began his career in 1991 at the Saudi American Bank, then joined the National Commercial Bank in 1997 as a branch manager. In 2002, he moved to Samba Financial Group as a senior manager. In 2008, he became Head of Marketing at Al Tawfeek Financial Group, and later joined Arbah Capital as Investment Director for the Western Region. In 2011, he transitioned to Alkhabeer Capital as Regional Head for the Central Region. In 2014, he was appointed CEO and Managing Director at Al Nefaie Investment Group, a position he held until 2017. During that period, he also served as Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Licensed Persons Committee.

Mr. Salem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business Administration from the Arab University of Beirut and an MBA from Cambridge International College in Egypt. He also holds the CMA-approved CME-1 certification.

Essam Abu Zaher

Director of Risk Management

Mr. Essam Mohammed Abu Zaher brings more than 24 years of experience in the banking and financial sectors, including over 15 years with CMA-licensed firms. He began his career at Arab Bank Ltd. – Amman, and later joined Arab National Bank, where he worked from 1982 to 2007, ultimately serving as Assistant Manager of Investment Funds – Private Services.

In 2007, he moved to Bakheet Investment Group as Fund Operations Manager, then worked at Global Investment House until 2010, followed by a role as Investment Operations Manager at Etihad Capital until 2012. He then joined Al Nefaie Investment Group, serving for 7 years as Risk Manager and Internal Auditor until 2021. Afterward, he worked as a Real Estate Advisor and Risk & Finance Director at Round Arabia Real Estate Services, a subsidiary of Al-Suaidan Group.

Mr. Essam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from An-Najah National University in Nablus. He also holds CME-1 and CME-2 certifications, in addition to several advanced certifications in compliance, regulatory conformity, and anti-money laundering.

Abdullah Al-Qahtani

Director of Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Mr. Abdullah Al-Qahtani has over 8 years of experience in compliance and risk management. He held several roles at Al Rajhi Capital, including Senior Compliance Officer and Operations Analyst in the field of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Business Administration from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University, along with a postgraduate diploma from the Ministry of Justice. He is certified with the CMA- approved CME-1 and CME-2 certifications.

Feras Al-Tawil

Director of Asset Management

Mr. Feras Al-Tawil has over 23 years of experience in regional and international capital markets. He has held senior positions at leading financial firms and contributed to the establishment and management of investment entities across the Gulf region. His roles have spanned real estate investment and fund management, including positions such as Head of Real Estate Investment at Itqan Capital, Real Estate Funds Manager at Albilad Capital, Director of Private Real Estate Funds, and Head of Operations and Trading at Aloula Geojit Capital. He has also served as a consultant for firms including MEFIC Capital and Naba Trading.

Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in developing investment and real estate departments and effectively executing investment transactions and strategies. Mr. Feras holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from the University of Delhi, in addition to multiple specialized diplomas in finance, real estate valuation, and quality management. He is also certified with CME-1 and CME-4 from the Capital Market Authority.

Abdulrahman Mohammed Al-Eisa

Chairman of the Board (Independent)

A seasoned banker with over 30 years of experience in corporate and investment banking. He has held leadership positions at Samba, BNP Paribas, Albilad Capital, and Lazard.

He holds an MBA from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
